Entrapment - Paul Harris

Having had two hugely successful backgrounds as both a dancer and an actor, Paul is understanding of the dramatic and filmic context of the scenes in question, the Director's vison, the demands of the script and also the actors process. He has enjoyed excellent professional relationships with Directors and has worked with many Directors more than once - some several times, in both film and television.
Paul Harris has ceated choreography for some of most famous actors in the World including: Scarlett Johannson, Natalie Portman, Gary Oldman, Sam Neill, Ralph Fiennes, Charles Dance, Helena Bonham-Carter, Michael Gambon, Charles Dance, Robert Lindsay and Sean Connery. He has choreographed films ranging from low budget shorts, to films that have been number one at both the US and UK box office and televison ranging from reality shows and documentaries, to high profile teleivsion adaptations.
The dance styles that Paul Harris has choreographed for film and television is very varied, ranging from Historical Dance for 'The Other Boleyn Girl' and 'Inkheart', Period Dance for 'Emma', 'Bleak House', 'Sense and Sensibilty', 'The Way We Live Now, different styles of Tango for 'Mister Lonely' and Cheetah Girls 2', Victorian theatrical dance for 'Little Dorrit', Michael Jackson style choreography for 'Mister Lonely', more abstract choreography for 'Trick of The Light and 'Dream Thief', Salsa and Merengue for ' My Family', stylised movement for 'Entrapment' - and he invented the language for the use of the wand, for 'Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix'.
